Measurement of particular digital features of the processes (metrics), for example, timing (acquisition of information on time of execution of each step of the process), control over regulations (acquisition of information on compliance with regulations of each operation), analysis of queues (gatherings of tasks in the process and duration of waiting for starting of processing by next executor) and others. Data acquisition will be carried out using the voice and data recorders, measurements performed by the executors and/or questionnaire of the executors. Prior to data acquisition, the Customer shall approve the list of the indicators to be measured and method for their measurement.

Calculation of digital parameters of the optimized processes (process complexity factor Cp and others). Disclosure of disadvantages in the optimized processes: errors, mismatches, non-conformities and ineffectual fragments. List of indicators and parameters used therein shall be agreed with the Customer prior to analysis.
