Any “task” sent to the address of the executor is accompanied with an in-system message containing the link to the appropriate object. For example, sending of any document (incoming or outgoing correspondence, office memorandum, orders, instructions) to the recipient of the request will generate an in-system message containing the link to the appropriate document.

If necessary, informing about a task may be by e-mail
and messengers.

In the process of consideration of an outgoing draft
document, the approver has the opportunity:

Function “Approve additionally” enables the user to receive an additional opinion on a draft document and to make a final decision based thereon.

For agreeing of documents, the approvers use
EDS of the National Verification Center of RoK.

execution

Generation of office memorandum

Generation of an office memorandum may be initiated by any employee of the company. The system grants the opportunity for generation of a draft document both based on the content of the field “Body text of document” and based on an attached file.

Also, the user has the opportunity to use both above variants together, in such case the system will develop the draft document as a whole (firstly the text from the system field, then the text, tables, graphs from the attached file).

According to the results of generation of the draft document, the user has the opportunity to acquaint the stakeholders with the draft.

In a similar manner to processing of incoming / outgoing correspondence, in the process of consideration of office memorandum, the approver has the opportunity:
- to refuse consideration;

- to acquaint the stakeholders with a
draft document;
- to initiate additional agreeing.

Opportunity of additional agreeing enables the responsible person to receive an additional opinion on a draft document and to make
the final decision based thereon.

For agreeing of documents, EDS of the National Verification Center of RoK is used.

Execution of commitment under office memorandum

As opposed to the logics for processing of incoming / outgoing correspondence, where according to the results of agreeing,
the step of registration will be implemented; according to the results of agreeing of the office memorandum, a commitment will be sent to the recipient.
The executor is provided with the following functionalities:
- to execute the commitment;
- to generate an additional commitment;
- to acquaint the stakeholders, as well as;
to generate a draft office memorandum in the course of
execution of a commitment.

Module is designed for automation of the process related to creation and processing of instructions and orders.

Generation of instructions and orders

- similar to creation of office memorandum, the system grants
the opportunity to generate a draft document based on
the content of the field “Body text of document” or based on
an attached file.
- to use both above variants together, in such case the system will develop a draft document as a whole (firstly the text from the system field, then the text, tables, graphs from the attached file).
- to generate a draft document based on pre-known template.
