  • Determination, together with the Client's representatives, of the list of processes requiring analysis, their fixation within the framework of the tasks and boundaries of the project.

  • Preliminary analysis of each of the processes included in the project boundaries.

  • Determination of the composition of licensed software and auxiliary services required for the implementation of the project.

  • Calculation of the project cost.

  • Determining the location of the LPO (On-Premise or Cloud).

  • Conclusion of an Agreement on the OPEN Cloud or OPEX On-Premise model, taking into account the agreed terms of deferred payment.

Upon selection of CAPEX, the value includes the expenditures for:

• Composition of licensed software and ancillary components in accordance with needs of the project.

• Installation of licensed software and ancillary components.

• Automation of business-processes (in accordance with needs of the Client for purchase of services).

• Adaptation of the process (upon purchase of the appropriate package of processes) as per requirements of the Client: setting up of document templates, redesign of system (background, logotype, color palette), setting up of company’s organizational structure, modification of the logics of the processes for not more than 160 labor hours.

OPEX On-Premise Model

It supposes:

Licensed software and automated modules are provided for operation for the period of 12 months.

Upon selection of OPEX On-Premise, the value includes the expenditures for:

• Necessary composition of licenses and ancillary components of the system in accordance with needs of the project.

• Installation of licensed software and ancillary components.

• Technical support: the package of services provided by the company and aimed at continuous normal operation of the system and its components (24/7).

• Consultation support: prompt response to requests of the users on issues of functioning of the system (from 10:00 to 17:00 MON/FRI, not more than 2 labor hours per day).

• Adaptation of the process in accordance with requirements of the Client - setting up of document templates, redesign of system (background, logotype, color palette), setting up of company’s organizational structure, modification of the logics of the processes for not more than 160 labor hours).

Modification:

Administration and modification of the processes (if necessary) are carried out by the specialists of our company through the protected VPN channel. Remote connection is possible only according to the results of access on the side of the Client (Firewall management).

There is opportunity to order the additional services for training of the technical specialists of the Client for independent administration of the system, modification of the existing business-processes or development of new ones in accordance with needs of the Client. • Necessary composition of licenses and ancillary components of the system in accordance with needs of the project.
• Installation of licensed software and ancillary components.

• Technical support: ensuring the continuous normal operation of the system and its components (24/7).

• Consultation support: prompt response to requests of the users on issues of the system (from 10:00 to 17:00 MON/FRI, not more than 2 labor hours per day).
